Since this is the time of the year when things are starting to get busier and I’m usually left standing in the kitchen an hour before dinner running in circles trying to figure out what to make I’m starting to lean more toward my trusted slow cooker and crock pot recipes. I usually have everything on hand for this easy chili that I need and if I am planning ahead I start this in the morning, put it on low and then at dinner time I’m all set! I usually just add some corn bread or crackers to round things out.
