Crescent Roll Mushroom and Cream-Cheese Filled Appetizer from Cupcakes and Crinoline
2-8 ounce cans Pillsbury® Crescent® Rolls
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
16 ounces fresh mushrooms cleaned and chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 375°.
Open container and separate dough into four rectangles, pressing seams together.
Combine cream cheese with Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper.
Gently stir in chopped mushrooms.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over Crescent® rolls.
Roll into logs starting with the long side of the rectangle.
Brush with egg yolks.
Slice into 1 inch pieces.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
