 Welcome to this Week’s Party!!! It’s always so good to have you here!

Peat Pot Succulents and Shabby Chic Spring

Here’s a little round up of what I was up to last week ~ I made these Moss Covered and Gesso Painted Shabby Chic Peat Pots for the It’s a Spring Thing Blog Hop

Chicken Rice Vegetable Soup A Hearty Meal in a Pot

I made some hearty Chicken Rice Vegetable Soup that was easy, too {it has to be easy or I get overwhelmed}

and I shared How to Make a Shamrock Pinwheel

and…..this week I’m going to New York City ~ I am nervous to say the least ~ it will be the first time I’m away from my family overnight (other than having babies and being in the hospital), the first time I’m traveling alone and the first time I’ll be hailing a cab ~ my youngest son assured me it was easy…he said stand on the curb (NOT THE ROAD MOM) and just stick your arm up ~ I am really hoping he’s right (he watches a lot of old movies so he knows these things!).  I’ll be leaving on Thursday and returning on Friday and I’ll be sharing via instagram, twitter and facebook my adventures with the #VZWBuzz hashtag ~ I’d love if you followed along and cheered me on…. it will make me feel a little bit less lonely if I know you’re with me.

Features of the Week {cue pomp and circumstance}

Your Hostesses

There aren’t a whole lot of rules for this party but we would love if you linked back to the Party Post so that others can see where you party and hopefully join in the fun ~ the more the merrier! It would also be quite friendly of you to visit at least two other party links and tell them how you found them.
