Project Inspire{d} Week #55

 Happy Monday Friends! Have I told you lately how much I appreciate you?  I really do and I want you to know that!

This past week has been busy with ‘filler’ activities ~ lots to do but nothing that was overly productive.

How to Add Leather Handles to an Old Basket Cupcakes and Crinoline I did do an upcycling project using a basket with broken handles and some of my boys old leather belts

#RedboxBreakfast #PMedia #ad

and I found a quick, easy and delicious way to serve a sit down breakfast for the family that I could enjoy as well.  When I make pancakes or waffles it seems as though everyone is done eating by the time I get them all made and have a chance to sit down…alone….with cold coffee ~ yesterday’s quick breakfast was a much better alternative!

 I hope you’ll stop by through the week for some more posts ~ I’ll be sharing how to remove blood stains from pillows and bedding…yep….ICKY I know but one of my boys gets nosebleeds in his sleep sometimes and well….I really like stain-free bedding so I came up with something that totally removed the stains from a brand spanking new white pillow and some blue sheets.

I’ll also be sharing some of my favorite Android Apps for my new HTC One phone ~ It’s my first Droid and I am lovin’ it and I had a chance to review a Soda Stream and let me tell you, my life will never be the same! ;) My water is all sparkly and fruity now {sort of like me}.

So now on to this week’s FEATURES {insert really cool music!}

Aged-Trunk-Santa-Fe-Turquoise-inside-2-Redouxinteriors-842x1024 Redoux Interiors shared this LOVELY old trunk that she redid using CeCe Caldwell paints ~ she also put wheels on the bottom which anyone who knows me knows that I am a bit ‘wheel crazy’!  I love cars, planes, motorcycles and furniture with wheels {I know….I’m strange!}

photoblock_labelThese scrap wood photo blocks are perfect for displaying family photos {and how cute are those kiddies?} ~ this was shared by Juggling Act Mama.

lifenreflection_tinytags_3Life-n-Reflection shared these adorable Tiny Scrapbook Tags!!! I not only loved the tags but this display is absolutely fantabulous ~ If she gave me just the frame with that tag or the little metal holder with tags I would be thrilled to pieces!

DIY Bathtub Tray20_thumb[3]Malia’s Pick ~ DIY Bathtub Tray from Alex Haralson ~ I honestly don’t know the last time I had a peaceful bath ~ this would be so nice.

DIY-felt-succulents-trioSteph’s Pick ~ these amazing little felt succulents from Shaken Together Life ~ If my Mother were still alive I would make these for her ~ God Bless her heart if you gave her a plant you were signing it’s death warrant.
