New Year’s Centerpiece with Vintage Baby New Year Downloadable

It’s almost 2013!  Can you believe it?  New Year’s Eve is always just me, my hubby and boys so I don’t really do much in the way of decorating but tonight I decided to add a little flair to my evergreen Christmas Centerpiece and I was done within 5 minutes.

Fresh Evergreens

Another view of the original centerpiece ~ just because I liked it!

I have some vintage postcards and I photoshopped the year onto one and you can download it here. {I also had some downloads last year that you can see here.}

Baby New Year Postcard

I printed out the card and added some glitter and then taped it to a wooden skewer.

I stuck that in the center of my Christmas centerpiece and added some glass cups filled with Dollar Tree New Year’s items and I was done.

What are your plans for New Year’s Eve?  Do you stay home with family/friends or welcome the New Year in with a bang?

    Thanks for sharing your 2013 printable. I also have a collection of old postcards that belonged to family members. The New Year’s ones that I have range from 1906 – 1911. I’ve had fun making displays with them in past years.

    Here’s to a great crafting 2013!
