Thanksgiving Leftover Shepherd's Pie

I know this isn’t a traditional shepherd’s pie but I had a little bit of leftover everything from Thanksgiving dinner so I made my own version of one.  Your ingredients will vary but the beauty of this is that you can use just about anything you have, layer it up, heat it up, serve and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Here is what mine was comprised of from the bottom up all layered and placed into a 15 x 10 baking dish but the dish size could also vary if you have more or less leftovers.

  • mixed vegetables with white sauce and cheese
  • turkey {white meat}
  • stuffing
  • gravy
  • mashed potatoes

Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes.

That’s it…effortless dinner that is super tasty!

hugs, mb
