I really, really, really love baked goods…and next to cupcakes…cookies are my favorite…now…if I bake… I like to bake ALOT…which means…well, eating alot because heaven forbid anything become ‘not fresh’ on my watch…and…well, Mama taught me never to waste…so it is my obligation to EAT everything I bake…that the others in my house don’t eat…
That being said… I don’t bake nearly as often as I would like because if I did… I would eat it all..and be as big as a house… a really BIG house…
The other day I was at Wal Mart {trying not to poke my eyes out with a spoon because I would rather do that than shop at Wal Mart} I was buying some flour to use in my new/old breadmaker when I spied Betty Crocker Warm Delights ! Fudgy Chocolate Chip Cookie Cookie Mix
There was a $1.00 off coupon on the package if you bought two and being a good shopper {stop rolling your eyes} I bought two packages…one for my husband and one for ME!!!! I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make these {add 1 tablespoon of water and mix – then pop it into the microwave for 45 seconds}
…. and lo and behold… they taste really, really good to boot!!! So…. I will be purchasing these again…just to have on hand for when I absolutely, positively need a cookie…but just one because I have yet to see pants BIG enough to fit a house!
