Sometimes when I shop I have really good timing! The other day I went to Target with my family….just to get out of the house {it had been really cold and miserable and we were all a bit….um….grumpy}. So, anyway, we went to Target and I thought I would check if there were any sales and happily there were clearance sales on clothing. My boys go through clothes like crazy….they grow so fast and they wear out a great deal of their clothes so I try to keep an eye open for really cheap inexpensive items on sale. Everything in the pictures in this post was purchased for $61.47. I have some cool weather clothing for the two youngest boys for the next few years. While this is not a complete wardrobe it certainly is a great start. Also, I picked up three pair of shoes for the youngest. He currently wears a size 9 and I was blessed enough to find a pair of size 10 shoes, a pair of size 11 and a pair of size 12 shoes-not such luck for my middle son but I will continue to keep my eyes open.
I like to keep pictures of my purchases filed so I know what I have since these, for the most part, will be clothes the kids will be “growing in to”. You can either take pictures with your cell phone to keep track, or email the pictures to yourself -either way you can access the pictures when you’re out so you can bargain shop wisely…or, if you are really organized, make a list and keep it handy in your purse/wallet.
