Ham, Cheese & Broccoli Casserole

Are you wondering what to do with your leftover holiday ham?  This is a quick, easy and tasty casserole that fits the bill.

Ham, Cheese & Broccoli Casserole

2 10-ounce packages frozen broccoli

2 cups left over ham-cubed or chopped-whichever you prefer

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese- {I only had a block of Colby cheese which I sliced up and used in place of the shredded cheese}

1 cup Bisquick

3 cups milk

4 eggs

Cook broccoli according to package directions.  Place in a 13 inch x 9 inch baking dish.  Layer ham and cheese over broccoli.  Mix Bisquick, milk & eggs until smooth.  Gently pour over casserole contents.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour.  Serves 6 to 8.

hugs, mb

    Growing up my mom made something like this so when I saw your recipe at TMTT, I just had to come check it out.
    Her recipe is a little bit more labor intensive, but still yummy.
