I have loved apothecary jars for quite some time but they can be expensive.  A few weeks ago I was grocery shopping at Aldi’s and spotted a jar at a clearance sale price of $6.99 I was not going to pass it up.  I am so glad I bought it.  It was even prettier than I thought it would be.  For the time being I have mine in the kitchen stuffed with one of my newest addictions-Hostess 100 calorie cupcakes but below are some great ideas for decorating with these lovely and functional jars.

They really can fit into any decor. Thanks for the reminder about this great decorating tool!

Those pink cupcakes look so good!
Just a tip- it’s especially easy to find those jars right now on Craigslist because so many brides are using them for candy buffets and then selling them.

I found a really reasonably priced one at Ross a while back. It’s my first one and I love it! I need to remember to look for some at the thrift store.
